DOESN'T LOOK GOOD!!

As per our previous posting about the pool being closed for this week, it looks like it will be closed for an additional week. SORRY! When work began they discovered a decayed and crumbling sewer line. It isn't a nickle and dime repair, on the contrary. The sewer problem "has to" be repaired before any further work can be done to the pump room. So...

POOL WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL THE 18TH OF MAY

or until further notice ?

 

UPCOMING ISSUES:

  1. *Sidewalk grinding
  2. *Budget
  3. *Balconies - Plans just came back from the City....(with a catch - more info later on the catch)
  4. Board of Directors Candidate application

Associations are constantly being reviewed and new rules and regulations are placed upon us by the Powers that Be. It was brought to our attention one of these new rules are that we "have to have at least 3" members on the Board of Directors, otherwise NO decisions can be made by the Board.

So please consider joining the complex's Board of Directors.

DUTIES:

  1. Attend 1 Directors meeting a month
  2. Meet up with Vendors when necessary
  3. Insure we have a proper budget for the complex
  4. Walk the complex with Management once a month
  5. Plan on what priority work needs to be addressed
  6. Address all kinds of sensitive issues with residents actions

These are some of the major duties. You don't have to do all of the items above but one of the more important one's is to attend monthly Board of Directors meetings.

Please be advised that the pool and spa will be CLOSED beginning on

Monday, May 7th ~ Friday, May 18th

The Association will be working in the pump room. Any person caught tampering with the pool area or entering the pool area during this time will be held responsible for any damages and a fine may be imposed following a Hearing before the Board of Directors.

FIRST OFFENSE $50.00

SECOND OFFENSE $100.00

THIRD OFFENSE $200.00

ADDITIONAL OFFENSES MAY RESULT IN SPECIAL ACTION BY THE BOARD, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LEGAL ACTION.
